1. Hesap yok

Keyla'da kayıt ekranı yoktur. Uygulamayı ilk açtığınızda cihazınıza rastgele bir kimlik numarası atanır. Bu numara e-posta, ad, telefon ya da parola içermez ve sizi kimliğinizle ilişkilendirmez; sadece dersinizin ve ilerlemenizin size ait olduğunu bilmemizi sağlar.

Uygulamayı silip yeniden kurduğunuzda verilerinize erişebilmeniz için bu numara telefonunuzun güvenli alanında tutulur. İki sonucu var, açıkça söyleyelim: uygulamayı silmek kimliğinizi tek başına yok etmez ve aynı mağaza hesabına bağlı cihazlarınız aynı Keyla verisini paylaşabilir. Tamamen yok etmek için aşağıdaki silme yolunu kullanın.

2. Hangi veriler, ne için

Çeviri metni sunucumuzda saklanmaz. Cümleniz şifreli bağlantıyla gider, İngilizcesi döner ve orada kalmaz. Aynı cümleyi kısa sürede tekrar yazarsanız işlem iki kez yapılmasın diye çeviri kısa süreli geçici bellekte tutulur; kalıcı olarak yazılmaz.

3. Hiç dokunmadığımız yerler

Keyla, yazdığınız alanın türüne bakar ve şu alanlarda ne çeviri yapar ne bir şey kaydeder:

• Parola ve güvenli metin alanları
• E-posta adresi, web adresi ve arama alanları
• Numara, telefon ve tuş takımı alanları
• Otomatik doldurma için işaretlenmiş alanlar (tek kullanımlık kod, kart numarası, adres, kullanıcı adı gibi)

Ayrıca klavye panonuzu okumaz, hangi uygulamada yazdığınızı kaydetmez; konum, rehber, fotoğraf, mikrofon ve takvim verilerinize erişmez.

Telefonunuzun kendi yedeklemesi hakkında: cihaz yedeklemesi açıksa, telefonunuzda duran Keyla verisi işletim sisteminin yedeğine dahil olabilir. Bu yedek bizim değil, telefonunuzun ve hesabınızın kontrolündedir; ayarlarınızdan kapatabilirsiniz.

4. Akşam dersi

Dersiniz o gün yazdıklarınızdan kurulur. Ders hazırlanırken o güne ait cümleleriniz, kaydettiğiniz kelimeler ve öğrenme durumunuz geçici olarak işlenir.

Bu ham cümleler veritabanına yazılmaz, ancak şunu açıkça söylemek gerekir: ders sizin kendi cümlelerinizi ele aldığı için cümlelerinizden alıntılar içerir ve hesabınızda saklanır.

Derse giden metinler önce bir filtreden geçer: kart ve IBAN benzeri rakam dizileri, telefon numaraları, tek başına duran kodlar ve şifre benzeri ifadelerle birlikte rakam geçen cümleler derse alınmaz.

5. Klavye izinleri

Çeviri internetten geldiği için klavyenin ağa çıkması gerekir. iPhone'da Apple bu izne Tam Erişim der; kapalıyken klavye normal bir klavye olarak çalışmaya devam eder, yalnızca çeviri barı çalışmaz. Android'de ayrı bir izin ekranı yoktur; bildirim göstermek için bildirim izni istenir, vermezseniz uygulama çalışmaya devam eder.

Klavyeden gelen metin yalnızca size çeviriyi göstermek ve sizin kendi dersinizi üretmek için kullanılır. Başka hiçbir amaçla kullanılmaz, reklam için kullanılmaz, kimseye satılmaz.

6. Ölçüm ve reklam

Uygulamada reklam göstermiyoruz. Nerede takıldığınızı görmek, hataları düzeltmek ve verdiğimiz reklamın işe yarayıp yaramadığını ölçmek için ölçüm araçları kullanıyoruz.

Bu araçlara yazdığınız hiçbir metin gitmez. Giden şey olay adlarıdır: “ders tamamlandı”, “satın alma ekranı görüldü”, “klavye ilk kez kullanıldı” gibi. Kaydettiğiniz bir kelimenin olayı bile yalnızca “bu kelime listenizde yeni miydi” bilgisini taşır, kelimenin kendisini değil.

iPhone'da kurulum sonunda iOS'un izleme izni sorusu gösterilir; yalnızca reklam ölçümü içindir ve reddetmenin hiçbir bedeli yoktur, hiçbir özellik kapanmaz. Android'de böyle bir soru yoktur ve cihazın reklam kimliği hiç toplanmaz.

iPhone'da, kurulum akışının hangi adımında zorlandığınızı görebilmek için yalnızca kurulum akışı boyunca ekran düzeninin maskeli bir kaydı alınabilir: metinler ve görseller maskelidir, kayıt bu pencerenin dışında hiç çalışmaz. Android'de görüntü kaydı hiç alınmaz; yalnızca hangi adımda ne kadar kalındığı bilgisi tutulur. İki tarafta da mesajlarınızın, derslerinizin ve kelimelerinizin bulunduğu ekranlar hiçbir zaman kaydedilmez.

7. Kimlerle paylaşılıyor

Verilerinizi hiçbir veri simsarına satmıyor, kiralamıyoruz ve yazdıklarınızı reklam hedeflemesi için kimseyle paylaşmıyoruz. Hizmeti sunabilmek için yalnızca aşağıdaki hizmet sağlayıcı kategorileriyle çalışıyoruz; hepsi bizim adımıza ve talimatımızla veri işler:

Kart bilgilerinizi görmüyoruz ve saklamıyoruz; ödemeyi mağaza alır. Hangi sağlayıcılarla çalıştığımızı öğrenmek isterseniz destek@keylaapp.com adresine yazın, size yazılı olarak bildirelim.

8. Nerede, ne kadar durur

Sunucularımız Avrupa Birliği'nde çalışır. Çeviri ve ders üretimi sırasında verileriniz, hizmeti sunabilmek için gereken ölçüde Avrupa dışına aktarılabilir.

9. Nasıl silersiniz

Profil › Verilerimi tamamen sil. Bu işlem önce sunucudaki hesabınızın tamamını (dersleriniz, öğrenme durumunuz, sayaçlarınız) ve kimliğinizi siler; sonra telefonunuzdaki cümlelerinizi, kelimelerinizi, derslerinizi ve bekleyen bildirimleri kaldırır. Geri alınamaz.

Silme talebinizi e-postayla da iletebilirsiniz; hesap anonim olduğu için sizi tanıyabilmemiz adına Profil sayfasının altındaki kimlik numarasını göndermeniz gerekir.

Silme işlemi aboneliğinizi iptal etmez. Aboneliği indirdiğiniz mağazanın abonelikler ekranından iptal etmeniz gerekir.

10. Haklarınız

6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu'nun 11. maddesi uyarınca; verilerinizin işlenip işlenmediğini öğrenme, bilgi talep etme, amacına uygun kullanılıp kullanılmadığını öğrenme, aktarıldığı üçüncü kişileri bilme, düzeltilmesini, silinmesini veya yok edilmesini isteme, bu işlemlerin üçüncü kişilere bildirilmesini isteme, otomatik sistemlerle analiz sonucu aleyhinize bir sonuç doğmasına itiraz etme ve zararınızın giderilmesini talep etme haklarına sahipsiniz.

Avrupa Birliği'ndeyseniz GDPR kapsamında erişim, düzeltme, silme, işlemenin kısıtlanması, itiraz ve veri taşınabilirliği haklarına ve yetkili denetim makamına şikâyet hakkına sahipsiniz.

11. Hukuki dayanak

Çeviri ve ders üretimi için verilerinizi işlememizin dayanağı sözleşmenin ifasıdır (KVKK m.5/2-c; GDPR m.6(1)(b)): bu veriler olmadan hizmet üretilemez. Kullanım sayaçları ve hata teşhisi için dayanak meşru menfaattir (KVKK m.5/2-f; GDPR m.6(1)(f)): hizmeti çalışır tutmak ve kötüye kullanımı önlemek. Reklam ölçümü, izin verdiğiniz ölçüde yapılır.

12. Güvenlik

Cihazınızla sunucumuz arasındaki tüm trafik şifrelidir. Veritabanımıza doğrudan erişim kapalıdır. Sunucu kayıtlarımıza yazdığınız metin düşmez. Hiçbir sistem tam güvenlik garantisi veremez; bir ihlal olması hâlinde mevzuatın öngördüğü sürede sizi ve yetkili makamı bilgilendiririz.

13. Çocuklar

Keyla 13 yaşın altındaki çocuklara yönelik değildir ve bilerek onlardan veri toplamayız. Böyle bir veriyi fark edersek sileriz.

14. Değişiklikler ve iletişim

Bu politikayı güncellersek bu sayfadaki tarihi değiştiririz; sizin açınızdan önemli bir değişiklik olursa uygulama içinde bildiririz.

Privacy Policy

1. No account

Keyla has no sign-up screen. The first time you open the app, your device is given a random identifier. It contains no email, name, phone number or password and does not tie the data to your identity; it only lets us know that your lesson and progress are yours.

So that you can still reach your data after deleting and reinstalling the app, this identifier is kept in your phone's secure storage. Two consequences, stated plainly: deleting the app does not by itself destroy your identifier, and devices signed in to the same store account may share the same Keyla data. To destroy it completely, use the deletion route below.

2. What we process, and why

Translation text is not stored on our servers. Your sentence travels over an encrypted connection, the English comes back, and it is not kept. A translation sits in a short-lived temporary cache so the same sentence isn't processed twice; it is not written to permanent storage.

3. Where we never look

Keyla checks the type of field you are typing into and neither translates nor stores anything in:

• Password and secure text fields
• Email address, web address and search fields
• Number, phone and keypad fields
• Fields marked for autofill (one-time codes, card numbers, addresses, usernames)

The keyboard also does not read your clipboard, does not record which app you are typing in, and does not access your location, contacts, photos, microphone or calendar.

About your phone's own backup: if device backup is switched on, the Keyla data stored on your phone may be included in your operating system's backup. That backup is controlled by your phone and your account, not by us; you can turn it off in your settings.

4. The evening lesson

Your lesson is built from what you wrote that day. While it is being prepared, that day's sentences, your saved words and your learning state are processed temporarily.

Those raw sentences are not written to the database, but one thing must be said plainly: because the lesson works from your own sentences, it contains quotes from them and is stored in your account.

Text going into the lesson passes a filter first: card- and IBAN-like digit strings, phone numbers, standalone codes and sentences containing digits alongside password-like words are excluded.

5. Keyboard permissions

Translation comes over the internet, so the keyboard needs network access. On iPhone, Apple calls this Full Access; without it the keyboard still types normally and only the translation bar stops. On Android there is no separate permission screen; notification permission is requested to show reminders, and declining it does not stop the app.

Text from the keyboard is used only to show you the translation and to build your own lesson. It is used for nothing else, never for advertising, and never sold.

6. Measurement and advertising

We show no ads inside the app. We use measurement tools to see where people get stuck, fix errors, and check whether our advertising works.

No text you type goes to these tools. What is sent are event names: “lesson completed”, “paywall seen”, “keyboard used for the first time”. Even a saved-word event only carries whether the word was new to your list — not the word itself.

On iPhone, iOS's tracking prompt is shown at the end of setup; it is only for ad measurement and declining costs you nothing — no feature is switched off. On Android there is no such prompt and the device advertising ID is never collected.

On iPhone, to see which setup step people struggle with, a masked recording of the screen layout may be captured during the setup flow only: text and images are masked, and it never runs outside that window. On Android no image is recorded at all — only which step took how long. On both platforms, screens containing your messages, lessons and words are never recorded.

7. Who receives your data

We do not sell or rent your data to data brokers, and we never share what you write for ad targeting. To run the service we work only with the following categories of service provider, each processing data on our behalf and on our instructions:

We never see or store your card details; the store takes payment. If you want to know which providers we work with, write to destek@keylaapp.com and we will tell you in writing.

8. Where it lives, and for how long

Our servers run in the European Union. While translations and lessons are produced, your data may be transferred outside Europe to the extent necessary to provide the service.

9. How to delete your data

Profile › Delete all my data. This first deletes your whole server-side account (lessons, learning state, counters) and your identifier, then removes your sentences, words, lessons and pending notifications from your phone. It cannot be undone.

Two narrower options exist: Delete conversation history and Delete word list.

You can also request deletion by email; since the account is anonymous, you must send the identifier shown at the bottom of the Profile page so we can match the request.

Deleting your data does not cancel your subscription. Cancel that in the subscription settings of the store you downloaded from.

10. Your rights

Under Turkish law (KVKK art. 11) you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, to request information, to learn whether it is used in line with its purpose, to know the third parties it is transferred to, to request correction, erasure or destruction, to request that these be notified to third parties, to object to results produced solely by automated analysis, and to claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.

If you are in the EU, under the GDPR you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection and data portability, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

11. Legal basis

We process your data to translate and to build lessons on the basis of performance of a contract (KVKK art. 5/2-c; GDPR art. 6(1)(b)): the service cannot be delivered without it. Usage counters and fault diagnosis rest on our legitimate interest (KVKK art. 5/2-f; GDPR art. 6(1)(f)) in keeping the service running and preventing abuse. Ad measurement happens only to the extent you allow it.

12. Security

All traffic between your device and our server is encrypted. Direct access to our database is closed. Your text does not appear in our server logs. No system can guarantee complete security; in the event of a breach we will notify you and the competent authority within the period required by law.

13. Children

Keyla is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data. If we find such data, we delete it.

14. Changes and contact

If we update this policy we will change the date on this page, and we will tell you in the app if the change is material to you.
